Here is how we handle call recordings and inquiry details.
When the live line opens, the recording notice sits right under the call button, and you can delete the recording in one click after the call. Inquiry details are kept for one year after the inquiry closes. We hold no certifications today; the ones under review are listed below as exactly that.

You see the recording notice before you press call, and deleting takes one click.
The line right under the call button says the call is recorded and how to delete it. Once the call ends, one click deletes the recording. Recordings on the proof pages appear only with consent, each with its date.
Today · The call demo on this site still plays a synthetic script. It does not use your microphone, so nothing is recorded. The rules below apply from the day the live line opens.

The same rule covers the booking form and the contact form. Product updates go only to people who opt in, and that box starts unchecked.
What we collect, why, and how long we keep it are worded exactly as on the booking form. Product updates are a separate, optional box on the same form. You can check both before you send anything.

Where your data lives depends on how you deploy.
If call audio and logs cannot leave your premises, the runtime installs on your servers and they stay there. For cloud deployments, we state the country and region of the servers here, per product and with a date, once verified.
See the deployment table on the engineering sheet| Model | Where call audio and logs stay |
|---|---|
| Cloud | Cloud servers outside your premises · country and region stated once verified |
| On-premises | On your servers |
| Hybrid | Stages you keep inside stay on your servers; the rest run in the cloud |
