Five questions buyers ask about Dallang, answered plainly.

Does Dallang speak other languages?

No. Dallang is Korean only. If you need other languages, we look at the product built for your industry instead: Orda and Sori AI take English as well as Korean, and gohotel.io speaks four languages. Each product page lists its languages.

Can it be installed on our own servers?

Yes. Dallang runs as SaaS or installs on-premises on the servers of corporates and public bodies. An on-premises install is quoted separately once minutes, concurrent calls and the target environment are known. Security requirements are reviewed together in the working session.

Which calls does Dallang take?

Orders, reservations and consultations, in Korean. Every call is filed as a summary with structured fields, so your staff can pick it up from that record. Complaints, requests outside the script and consultations that need a decision go to a person.

Is Dallang running anywhere?

Dallang is available now, in Korean only, and this page names no deployment yet. When a pilot runs, it goes here with its date, and the client is named only after agreeing in writing. We publish no customer counts or uptime figures that cannot be checked.

What does Dallang cost?

There are two paths. A SaaS plan, whose price will be published on the pricing sheet with its date once it is set, and an on-premises install, quoted on minutes, concurrent calls and the environment. Corporate and public-sector deployments are quoted individually.

Bring a month's call minutes and your install preference, SaaS or on-premises, and we'll design Dallang around you in one working session.
