The faint trace is this whole call. Play it and each turn is drawn over it as it happens.

Orda takes the order end to end. The kitchen and the complaints stay with your staff.

    What it handles

    1. Answers the calls that come into the restaurant.
    2. Takes the order item by item, with its options.
    3. Prices it with a deterministic engine: the same order always gets the same price.
    4. Reads the order back once before it goes in.

What it hands to a person

    1. Cooking, packing and delivery stay with the store.
    2. Complaints about an order go to your staff.
    3. Requests that are off the menu or off the script go to your staff.

Orda runs on our own voice runtime.

Five questions buyers ask about Orda, answered plainly.

Does Orda take orders in Korean?

Yes. Orda takes orders in Korean and English. The stores where it runs today are in the US, and the Korean edition of this page plays a Korean order end to end. Korean recognition accuracy and latency will be published with their dates once measured.

How does Orda work out the price?

With a deterministic pricing engine, not a guess by the language model. Items, options and the store's prices go in, and the same order always comes out at the same total. The agent reads the order back once with that total before it is sent to the POS.

    What reaches the POS?

The order the caller confirmed: items, options, quantities and the total, in a POS-ready format. Which POS your stores run, and how the order reaches it, is settled in a working session before a pilot. POS names are listed here once a live integration can be shown with its date.

What happens when a caller complains?

Orda passes it to your staff. Complaints about an order, and requests that are off the menu or off the script, go to a person. Orda takes the order; cooking, delivery and anything that needs a judgment call stay with your team.

    Where is Orda running today?

In US restaurants. Five stores of a US ice-cream franchise were added in September 2026. Store names, cities and call counts are published here only after each client gives written consent, so this page shows the stage and its date instead of a name.

Bring your menu and a day's call volume, and we'll design Orda around your stores in one working session.
