What happens when a caller wants to negotiate?
It goes to your sales team. Overture AI answers inventory and pricing questions and books test drives, but it does not negotiate. A call that needs a negotiation is saved as a CRM lead flagged for hand-off, so a person picks it up from there.
Where do the calls end up?
In the built-in CRM. Every caller is written in as a lead with the car they asked about, their name and number, any test-drive slot and anything flagged for a person. Linking it to the CRM you already use is scoped in the working session and priced into the quote.
Does it take calls in Korean?
Yes. Overture AI answers in English and Korean. The demo on this page plays an English call, and the Korean edition plays a Korean one. Recognition accuracy and latency for each language will be published with their dates once measured.
Where is Overture AI running?
It is live with dealerships. Dealer names and numbers such as appointments booked are published only after each dealership agrees in writing, and always with a date. Until then, this page states the stage and the date it was recorded, and nothing more.
What does Overture AI cost?
It is quoted per dealership. Three things set the price: the number of rooftops, your call volume and the CRM integration. There is no public price list. We confirm those three in a working session and send a quote based on them.
